Full job description
- Maintain accurate inventory records in registers or software.
- Ensure proper storage, labelling, and stacking of items.
- Conduct regular stock checks and report discrepancies immediately.
- Monitor stock levels and inform management for timely replenishment.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper organization of the store area.
- Verify incoming materials with purchase orders and supplier invoices.
- Prevent loss, damage, and wastage through proper handling.
- Maintain documentation such as GRNs, issue slips, stock reports, and return notes.
- Coordinate with procurement, accounts, and operations teams.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
