Full job description
1. Maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring 100% accuracy. Ensure timely replenishment of stock, minimizing stockouts and overstocking.
2. Maintain accurate records of all store transactions and inventory movements. Prepare regular reports on inventory status, usage, and procurement activities. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures in all store operations.
3. Identify opportunities for cost savings in store operations. Monitor and control expenditures related to the store. Implement measures to reduce wastage and losses.
4. Manage store operations efficiently, ensuring seamless day-to-day activities. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.
5. Supervise and mentor store staff, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork. Ensure staff compliance with foundation policies and procedures.
6. Adhere to foundation policies, procedures, and legal requirements. Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring a secure and compliant store environment.
7. Identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions to enhance store operations and performance.
